General Admission Cancelation Policy:

If you cancel within 7 or more days from your reservation date, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. If you cancel less than 7 days from your reservation date, your payment will become an account credit for you to use at a later date. Your account credit never expires and can be used anytime for any products including merchandise, snacks, gift certificates, etc.  Rescheduling your reservation is free and can be done from the link on your receipt email or by calling us.

Parties and Group Events Cancelation Policy:

If you cancel 7 or more days in advance from our reservation date, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. If you cancel less than 7 days from your reservation date, your deposit payment will become an account credit for you to use at a later date. Your account credit never expires and can be used anytime for any products including merchandise, snacks, gift certificates, etc.  Rescheduling your reservation is free. Your deposit is made when booking your reservation to hold your timeslot and is 50% of the total.  Payment is collected in full 1 week from your reservation date.  Final climber count is also collected 1 week before your reservation. (We can add and subtract climbers up to 24 hrs before your reservation, if you subtract climbers it will result in an account credit). If you cancel after your payment is made in full you will receive 50% of the payment back and 50% will be kept as an account credit.  Rescheduling your reservation is free and can be done  by calling us.

No Call No Shows:

If you do not show up for a reservation without calling us and canceling it, there will be no refund and no account credit with no exceptions.
