Our office team members are the first people our guests interact with during their visit and act as the hosts of the park. A host's primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests get the "WOW" factor right from the start. Hosts provide guests with the information and direction they need in order to begin the adventure feeling excited and confident.

Office team members are the face of our business as you are the first person our guests interact with. These team members need to bring the “WOW” factor; being comfortable speaking to guests, adults/children alike, over the phone and in-person is a big part of this role. Becoming knowledgeable in our policies and procedures is a must as you also act as an adventure agent where booking reservations, arrangning group outings or other sales, help the business grow. Don’t fear, you’re not always trapped indoors, our Office Team is also trained in Ground School procedures to assist the Adventure Team when needed. Our daily goal is to help all guests feel excited and ready at the beginning of their adventure. Office team members are trained to be check in hosts, office hosts, party hosts, and floating harness hosts.
Training is provided with the expectation of the following:
Pass a 4-day Office Training
Pass a 4-day Ground School Training

Our Adventure team members work face to face with guests every day! You spend your days walking, climbing and gearing our guests up for the adventure. As part of this team, you are the on-site experts of techniques and equipment at our ground school. Then when you are in the park, you are the coaches who motivate and assist our climbers when they need it. All Adventure Team members will attend two 4-day training sessions to equip you in various techniques and our policies.

Adventure Team Job Description
Adventure team members are the heart of the business. Team members spend days either working at Ground School or out in the Park. Ground school is where you will personally guide groups of 10 or more guests through the various parts of training. Park days require you to monitor the safety of all climbers as they tackle our various aerial trails. Regardless of which area our Adventure Team members are working, you can expect to spend each day speaking to adults and children from all over our local area. Ground School and the Park are both physically demanding as you will be wearing a harness all day, training guests, and climbing to assist guests. Just think, how cool would it would be to work in the woods every day for your job?

Pass a 4-day training with our rescue equipment
Pass a 4-day general training
